Shital
Morjaria heads the Production Department of TV 9, where she is in charge of the production and packaging of all the Infotainment and Entertainment programmes created by the Department. She is also responsible for managing the overall look and presentation of the Channel. Shital has been associated with the print and electronic media for over 10 years now.
She started her career as a reporter with Vinod Dua's feature program News Wave in DD Metro II. Later, with a post graduate degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hyderabad , Shital joined iVision, a national news syndication company, as Correspondent and News Coordinator for Hyderabad . She has been with TV 9 right from its inception and is presently also the producer of a daily discussion show on contemporary women's issues called Naveena.
Shital's involvement over the years with different aspects of the print and visual media extend from being a features editor for a children's syndication company to writing on women's issues to producing documentaries for non-governmental organizations to working with news channels. She looks forward to further expanding this range.
